Trip Report: San Pedro Prison Tour

La Paz, Bolivia — As instructed, we woke up early this morning so we could walk over to San Pedro prison by 8 am. Being a Sunday, things seemed a lot calmer in the streets and around the prison.
The entrance to San Pedro prison is through
